Problem solved... kinda...

Greetings folks!

This is Fiore here asking, how are you?

So from last we talked it seems that my project has gone through a evolution of sorts. Still is a narrative story, still is an installation, but the problem of how to best get the audience involved is being addressed more as the key problem to solve. I have been looking heavily into the artist Deb Sokolow

Portfolio site located at: http://debsokolow.com/home.html

She creates installations that bring detective stories told through the second person to interact with the audience. They move through the space and uncover evidence and interact with the installation itself to solve the story and get to one of the multiple endings.

I wanted the audience to interact with my piece but the monotony of shuffling though papers to solve the mystery would never hold the attention of the average person for long. Now the installation will become a sort of "choose your own adventure" mystery involving the characters I've established for the story. There will be several set junctures in the story, those already established in previous posts, but there will also be parts that change the story and inevitably alter the ending.

Still working on Character sketches
Still reading a few books
Gonna start working on a layout sketch to replace the model I made before of the old installation.
